We at Kiwa Kompetanse, wish to introduce an internship program tailored for students studying digital design and technology. Our mission is to redesign educational content by creating interactive and engaging digital learning experiences for a diverse range of learners.

Duration:
The program is structured as a dedicated summer internship where participants collaborate on a collective project. Each intern is required to contribute a total of 120 hours, working together to ensure the project’s success. This setup fosters teamwork and ensures a cohesive learning and working experience.
This is a paid internship.

Project:
The primary objective of this internship is to redesign an existing course to enhance learner engagement, retention, and satisfaction. We believe that learning, especially in the vital area of technical safety, should be immersive, interactive, and enjoyable.
Interns will reimagine this course using the latest educational methods and technologies, applying their theoretical knowledge to create compelling and effective learning experiences.
What they will Do:
-Analyze the Current Course: Understand the strengths and weaknesses of the existing course design, focusing on content delivery, learner interaction, and engagement.
-Propose Innovations: Develop a comprehensive plan to transform the course using interactive e-learning strategies, such as gamification, interactive videos, simulations, and virtual reality, alongside more effective use of live online sessions.
-Design and Prototype: Design prototypes for key components of the redesigned courses.

-The ability to creatively address educational challenges and engage learners through digital mediums.
