What can you expect?

The internship position will work directly with the HR manager and CHRO, and work with tasks currently ongoing in the internship period, for example:
• HR analytics
• Reporting for HR to different management teams
• Support on how to utilize the results in Engagement survey
• Improve standardized processes
• Support digitalization of processes and modules in the HR system
• Participate in other ongoing tasks and projects in HR locally and globally
• Contribute to day-to-day HR operational activities along HR leaders

Who are we looking for?
• Preferably you are currently in the last year of your master’s degree in HR, Organisational Psychology and Leadership, Strategic HR or equivalent.
• Previous work experience, e.g., summer job, internship, part-time job or equivalent is an advantage
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written is required.

• Positive with excellent collaboration and communication skills
• Highly motivated and have an interest in people
