We are looking for a Program Assistant to support us on our next fundraising program LEAP.
LEAP is a 3-month program to help immigrant and underrepresented founders fundraising for their startups by equipping them with relevant expertise and knowledge. Our purpose is to bridge the gap and showcase the true potential of these founders who are often overlooked and underappreciated.

About the position

The position is pro-bono and suitable for students or those who want to gain experience in working with startup ecosystems and VCs.
Total hours required: 5-7 hours per week. You need to be based in Norway. This position is hybrid and offers flexibility in the work schedule.
Project duration: From 15 September 2024 to 31 March 2025

Tasks and responsibilities

• Conduct research into startups, ecosystems, funding opportunities and stakeholders
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute the co-creation of the program content
• Assist with report and content creation for social media, website and newsletter
• Assist with workshop facilitation and event planning

Your qualifications

• A strong interest in startup, entrepreneurship and venture capital
• Share our values of creating an inclusive startup ecosystem in Norway
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English
• Creative, good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable with a variety of responsibilities, and flexible to go outside of your role description when needed
• A team player that is structured, reliable and organized
• Good time management
• Curious and open-minded
